She wasn't punished for it. . . Your constant accusations were punishment enough. And if most art stealers aren't being 'punished', as you say, then why aren't you punishing them yourself? Or doing something about it, since you're so set on revealing every single art thief on FAC. You still haven't convinced me. . . Especially since you started accusing her again when it was her art anyway.

Well, I'm not that angry anymore, now that I've cooled off. So I apoligize for my rude outburst before. I do want an explaination though to why you were constantly annoying her.

Genkai left this site. Even though she was done with her problem before and she was starting anew, she left. Just because of one little person like you. What is your deal? She stopped doing the thing you committed her for, how dare you accuse her of doing it again? And the fact that you did it without solid proof disgusts me.

Yes, she stole art before. Yes, she was caught. Yes, she admitted it. But she stopped doing it. All that art on her gallery now was her's and her's only. And not only did you ruin her self esteem, you ruined her reputation.

Wow, people hate you and love you. Well that's all that matters. Anyways I have been seeing this war between the idiot Genkai (ah lemme say idiot if I wanna) Yes she did steal all those pictures from that one dude, I forget his name, but Some one just commented on the picture in her gallery that they were stollen, they attached a link to the origal, Genkai did feel bad and deleted all of them, that person did not only just flamed on her of the stolen picture, but they did reported her in. I still don't understand why she's here. She now just traces stuff now or whatnot, I don't care, just taking the ideas from other people without citing it. Sickening not to cite your refence. Hell, I use your stuff for refrence sometimes! You draw eyes pretty well, and your not so bad at cats :P I ant to forget about tha Genkai situation and you should too, let the team take care of it (or did they already, I'm slow here) She might stop by and see this and dog on my profile, but I'm ready to just hit the delet button, cause I don't want to hear it. :) But yeah, lets just move on, oit's kinda stupid to hold this grudge, when the fights are too stupid with somenody always doging at us. About Genkai: We're already aware what she's done in the past, but we can only act on what can be proven. No one gets their account deleted on word-of-mouth, and unless we find proof of uncredited (aka stolen) art, we must take Genkai's word that she's working on doing her (completely) own art.

So if you suspect someone is stealing art, do a little research on the subject first. And whatever you do, DON'T tell them. As you already stated, if a thief takes a picture down, it can't be used as evidence.

I spotted a thief just last week (some other member). I was kinda suspicious when every pic of their gallery had a different artist name attached to it, and after about 30 minutes of searching, I found two of their pics as having been stolen from other sites. As much as I wanted to say something like "why is this picture avaiable on dA and who the heck is (original artist)", I chose not to, I just quietly filed a report for the FAC abuse team and let them take it from there. Said user who is not Genkai wound up banned from FAC for stealing.

Why are you still on Genkai's back? It's obvious that she did not steal the art, and if you haven't noticed, she has kept a consistant art style in each of her pictures.

Those comments were really unnessessary. What are you trying to do, ruin Genkai's name in FAC? She's not stealing pictures; she's learned her lesson. Do you have any proof? Solid proof? Even the pictures you complained about were drawn by her anyway. It wasn't as if she put a blank paper against a picture on a window and copied.

Since it looks like you're on art stealing patrol, why is it that you never notice the obvious ones? There's so many cases on here, that are VERY obvious, and I don't see you complaining at all. What is it about Genkai that makes you want to ruin her reputation? I wanted to be fair before, because you did have right to be angry. But now? This is absolutely ridiculous.

If you have a problem with her, send her an email. This is a problem between you and her. This does not have to be a whole internet debate. Have some dignity and don't start a trend on Genkai's pictures.

I had nearly forgotten about that comment I left. People have chosen weird usernames in the past, and yours is definitely one of them. (I'm pretty sure there's another member named "____" as well)

So you don't check your FAC profile much, huh? What about your e-mail account? Every time someone comments on one of your pictures (or your profile), FAC sends an e-mail saying that they left a comment. (Look for e-mails from cstdenis@ctgameinfo.com)
I see you like doing hentai stuff... sorry, I don't care for it, so the chances of me giving tips on your pictures are pretty-much nil.
