I see. Good idea. You've stated what you're going to do clearly, and how transactions will work. Simple and to the point is a good selling point by itself.

I ran into the same trouble planning for my business. I wound up scrapping the idea because I didn't have the connections I needed. You're going about it the smart way. I don't know what kind of business it is, but you're doing it in steps, which is better than trying to do it all at once.
Though, I've got to admit, I don't have the faith in the US government right now to attempt a business. The business tax is 35%, and it's looking to go higher thanks to some of the most ridiculous legislation I've ever seen.

Lol, it was pretty comical when I snapped at my counselor when he defended the 'student housing fee'. I don't live on campus, so why am I paying it? If the charges made some sense, I wouldn't have such a hard time swallowing them.
