Hey Denis? Somebody stole art from someone, but put it on her profile, do we report it the same way as a normal theft?

I am just messaging people to ask if they would be willing to help raise awareness to the poverty in Africa and the G8 summit. I'd love it if you could help. If you wish to here is the info. Of course if you don't support the cause then you don't have to but it would be lovely if you could.
MAKE POVERTY HISTORY
Here is your chance to make a difference. What you do:
Draw your original character with your fav character or on their own, but draw them wearing the white bands for Make Poverty History on their wrists. In the space for the comments, put as many facts as you can about poverty.
This only takes about 30 mintues of your time to draw the picture. 5 minutes to upload it. By doing this, you are helping raise awareness and even save the lives of thousands of people. Think about it.

For the account deletion, email support@fanart-central.net requestiong it. Include the username and password of the account you want deleted.

You're probably gonna personally murder me for asking this...and you're profile picture might become very relevant...but is there a chance you could change my username from 'Lex' to 'Kyrie'? I know I'm a right pain in the arse, and if you can't do it then I'll just have to delete my current account and start AGAIN with reuploading stuff...and getting back onto people's fav lists...anyway, if you can't then no worries, but if you can I will bow down to you for the rest of eternity and...um...draw you picture? No, edits of other people's work is not premitted.

I have 3 pics and they are from another website .i saved them ,oprned them on a paint program,and edited them.i am giving credit to the place that i got them from .is it ok to do that?someone thinks it isnt but we just want to be sure!
