To put it simply, anime=cartoons manga=comics.

I lump them together because most anime is based off managa.

So this is how people complain. Annoying, aren't they? "Why won't my picture upload?" "Why can't I do this," Why can't I do that?" Does it get annoying?

I uploaded a picture and it was saying that I rate it wrong.on my profile it said I have 27 comments but I don't 27 comments
my picture was wrong or something like that...
How can other rate it then if it's not on the site on my computer O_O
