And you're not being mean to me, you're doing exactly what you should be doing: consoling in other people. If you get depressed, don't get mad at the world. Filter out those emotions into interpretable thoughts so that you know what exactly is wrong, why it's wrong, and how to fix it.

I'm not sure if this will help, but I could tell you what I do when I get upset. Sometimes, I write in my journal. Sometimes I keep saying to myself that there is at least one person who has it worse than I do, and sometimes, I try to get lost in my imagination so that I calm down. I hope that helped somewhat, and I hope you feel a little bit better.
