That's good! If you have friends, then you know that you can always go to them for problems. You have to know that you're NOT helpless, because you already have all of the help you could ask for. It's all in your attitude. You have to think POSITIVELY. Think that way, and you'll change for the better. I care. It's human instinct to help a person. No matter what someone does or says to you, there will always be something in your head telling you what you're doing is right. That's what i'm going by, now. So please hear me out. Stop what you're doing and seek HELP. I know i'm not in your situation right now, but what you're doing is totally pointless. Don't hurt yourself because of your problems. That'll only make things worse. If you already know the negative effects of it, then stop! I'm sure it sounds a lot easier than it actually is, but that's really the only answer i can give you.
