Oh, the story behind that pic, heh... ^_^; Aaaages ago, I drew a pic called, "Misty's new dress," (have you seen it? I forget...) and HeiesgirlSable asked me to draw a pic of Ash in a tux and Pikachu with a little blue bow tie. I said yes, and proceeded to forget about it completely. So when I made it, finally, I decided to put them at some sort of fancy banquet thingie, and as an apology for forgetting so long, I had them at the same party Misty must've gone to to make it extra-special (yeah, I already said that...). *pantpant* ok, so that's my explanation.
