Hello, I'm Lauren but you can call me Selina if you want.
Before you ask, yes i am a strange person but arn't we all?, i am somewhat of a fangirl however i would desire to be put down before i hit the stage of rabid fangirlism (it's contagious).
 
I like anime and Manga infact my favourites list keeps getting bigger, with the help on friends who reccomend some pretty good series. I also like horror movies or anything with mass amounts of violence and gore, what can i say they are pretty funny. I think I have become so decensitised to violence and or gore that I can watch an autopsey while eating. I would acctually like to watch a live autopsey. So far the only ones i have seen are from the programe 'Inside nature's giants' where they perform autopsies on animals like Fin Whales, Elephants etc.

Like most people I have a list of things I dispise with a passion. Right now on that top spot is that idiotic Twilight craze grouped with Lady Gaga. Frankly they should both burn. The book series should burn the pathetic actors and Gaga should be sacrificed to whatever god is up there to pospone this little 2012 prophecy that some people are fretting over.

Facebook? NO I do not have one nor do I intend to get one. I'm already a looser offline and online no need for further proof with facebook and the silly little 'get a friend but not really' contest. So you have over 200 friuends, do you talk to them all regualarly?

LOL! yea, my boyfriend and I were in the bookstore yesterday and its amazing how the have whole selves or two is just for one of the series and sometimes it spills over to separate racks. BTW a new Death Note novel called "L change the World".

Oh wow, that's different. I'll have to check it out. So its more like a fantasy crime mystery and political based book?

Thanks for the link to the reference for selina's dad. It might be a bit though cuz i just broke my hand yesterday but when i get a real cast on i should be able to move it better. As for me it would be awesome if u can draw a memorable pic of Alekazem playing with her little brother (when he was alive). I haven't drawn a pic but an 8 year old boy with blonde hair and purple eyes is great. Thanks :)

Yea, it seems that the longer series get the crappier they start to become. Oh really, was it Roy and Hawkeye or Ed and Winry?

Well Rumbling Hearts is a nothing-really-to-write-home-about anime, but its about two high school were one gets into an accident and goes into a coma, and the other friend kind of "steals" her boy friend. The whole thing is about unrequited love,how much life changes, and how to move on.

Ender's Game, on the other hand, is a book written by Orson Scott Card and is one the best scifi novel ever written. The story is that earth is being attacked by aliens (Formics or Buggers) and humanity must survive by training the most brilliant children on earth to become the best military minds on earth. To be honest it has little to scifi and more about psychology and aspects of leadership. It's an amazing series with kick @$$ characters.

That does sound bizarre, but I kinda like it. I will defiantly check it out right after I'm done with "Rumbling Hearts" (Only 4 episodes left! :D).

As for FMA that's strange, I'll have to read it sometime to see the difference in the anime and manga. I am really lazy when it comes to manga lol.

Btw, have you read Ender's Game or any of the series?

Say what?!?!?! Why? I never read the manga, is it coming to a definitive ending or just stopping abruptly?

Oh I'm sorry :( hope you feel soon. For some reason I get sick after I travel international flights too. Did you enjoy your trip otherwise?

I'm good, finally graduated high school and now looking for a part time job before college starts up in the fall. Other than that started a weapons and self defense class.
