No longer afraid of being killed in the crossfire, Iruka slowly walked up to Nara, and picked her up gently, biting his lip when Nara cringed and whimpered from his touch. Sakiko ran up to Selina and picked her up off the ground, holding her closely while glaring at Iruka. “What the hell has gotten into that child of yours, Iruka?! She could’ve killed Selina, or have been killed herself!” Iruka sighed, and looked down at Nara, a bit worried…and disappointed. “I don’t know, Sakiko. I know Nara’s upset about Kouga’s death and all, but…To have that happen…I can’t really tell you what happened in her mind.”

Sakiko shook her head, and walked towards her place, not letting anyone see a few tears fall from her eyes. She hated to see her daughter in so much pain, and caused by not only the loss, but the betrayal of such a close friend. She would have so much explaining to do once Selina woke up. Then, after noticing how pale Selina had gotten in the short time after the fight, Sakiko turned and went towards the hospital.

Iruka felt the exact same way as he held Nara so close to him, only he wasn’t afraid to let anyone see him cry. The Hokage had witnessed everything, and soon he would have to explain why she exploded like that, and came so close to harming Selina. He looked at her face, only to notice some bruising around her jaw. It was either broken or dislocated, and he knew from experience that both were painful. He brought her to the hospital, only to meet up yet again with Sakiko.

"Sakiko." Iruka said, his voice quiet. "Iruka." She nodded. They both stared at the limp bodies one another held. "Is she...I mean..." Iruka stared at Selina, somewhat frightened by the fact he couldn't see her chest rise slowly with each painful breath. "Alright? Yes she just need to be looked at...What about Nara?" Iruka shook his head up and down slowly. "I fear her jaw may be dislocated though." Both the Jounin and Chunnin became silent once again. Dani quickly ran over. "A-are they alright?" She leaned over slightly, catching her breath. "Yes, they are." Sakiko pushed open the door with her back and waited for Iruka to enter with Nara. "What happened back there anyways..?" Iruka looked to Dani. "It'll be hard to explain." He whispered.

A medical ninja shot out from behind the counter, obviously seeing the five enter. "This way please." His voice was squeaky, which made both Dani and Sakiko cringe. They followed the rather short nin to a white room with two beds and tacky pictures of flowers placed over both. "Lay them there and I'll send somebody in here right away." "Thanks." Dani added as she watched Iruka carefully place Nara down. Sakiko did the same with Selina and touched her daughter's hand. "It'll be ok.." She choked out. Iruka took and a deep breath and turned to Dani. He knew she'd understand. He hoped.

Nara: *shakes her head**tries to pull away again**skin around mark bleeding*
