Sarah: *stays very still, knowing that if they make any noise, he'd hear it, and find them quickly* ...

Todd: *searching for them, not yet searching the maze*

Sam: *realizes that he has to use the bathroom* XC

Sarah: *stays very still, vowing to ignore any spider that comes near* ...

Todd: *still wandering around, checking everywhere* Ho hum...

Sam: *whispers very quietly to Sarah* Sarah, I have go...!

Sarah: shh...! call a timeout or something! D:

Todd: *heads over to the maze*

Sam: You can't call a time out in hide and seek...! DX

Sarah: If you're going to pee yourself, you can! D: Just hold it until dad finds us...!

Sam: XC

Todd: *loooooooking*

Sarah: *waits, hoping Sam doesn't explode*

Todd: *is looking around every corner of the maze, now. He finds them before they see him, and decides to leap out* FOUND YOU!!

Sam: EEP!! *looks at Todd, then looks at Sarah* ... I don't have to go anymore...

Sarah: ... *takes a step away from Sam* ...ewwwww....! DX

Sam: ... I need to change my pants... DX

Todd: Let's, uh... let's go back to the palace, then. Sorry, Sam. DX

Sarah: *would laugh at his misfortune if she wasn't so grossed out by it* XC

*they head back into the palace*

Sam: DX *rushes over to his family's room to change*

Todd: I didn't mean to scare him THAT much. DX

Sarah: Well, he was already trying to hold it... so it wouldn't have been too hard... XC

Sam: *changing* DX

Todd: Oh, I see. Gosh, I wouldn't have done that if I'd known. DX

Sarah: well, there was no way for you to know... i TOLD him to call a time out or something, too! X(

Todd: That sucks. DX

Sam: *changes into clean clothes and runs out of the room, over to Todd and Sarah* DX

Sarah: You okay now? ^^;;

Sarah: *stays still, confident she will not be found--until she sees a rather large spider crawling towards her* O______________O;;;;;;;

Sam: *looking*

Todd: *wonders if when Sam enters the maze, he might get lost* ...

Sarah: *whimpers quietly as the spider moves closer and closer* 8C...

Sam: *searching*

Todd: *worries that if Sam gets lost, they wouldn't be able to find him, and then he'd have to explain how he lost Sam to Harry and Claire* D: ...

Sarah: *stares at the spider as it crawls right up to her--then, it touches her leg* AAIIIIEEEEE!! *terrified, she hops out of the fountain* DDDDDX;;;

Sam: *hears this, looks over, and points at Sarah* Found you! :P

Todd: *had heard Sarah scream and, as a rather protective parent, he runs out of his hiding place in order to confront the "danger" that had caused Sarah to scream* What's going on?? D8

Sam: Found you too, Mr. Huntings! :P

Todd: Wait, whah? D;

Sarah: th-that doesn't count, there was this HUGE spider in there!!! ;_____;

Todd: *realizes what had happened* Oh? XD;

Sam: Wow, cooool! I wanna see! :D

Sarah: d-don't LAUGH at me, it was HUGE! D8>

Sam: Where was it, where was it?? :D *excited*

Todd: You better tell the poor kid before he explodes. XD

Sarah: It's in the freakin' fountain! Weirdo. DX;;;;

Sam: *runs over to check the spider out* Coooolll...

Todd: *gives Sarah a few pats on the back* There, there. XD

Sarah: *crosses her arms and pouts, cheeks reddening with embarassment* mrr...

Todd: Hey, at least there aren't any cute soldier-boys-that-I-would-never-allow-you-to-date to mock you. :P

Sam: *picks up the spider in his hands and plays with it*

Sarah: *reddens even more at Todd's comment, but doesn't respond to him* If that thing bites you, I will laugh. Then freak out.

Todd: XD

Sam: It won't bite me - I've done this before =^^=

Sarah: *sticks her tongue out at him* Mneh. XP So who's next?

Todd: I'll be next, since I didn't try staying hidden after Sarah screamed. ^^;

Sam: SOMEONE'S a martyr. XP

Sarah: *lightly shoves Todd away* never speak of this. ever. go count. XC

Todd: *laughs and goes to the front wall, covering his ears with his hands and counting loudly to fifty*

Sam: :P *runs off, ironically, to hide in the maze*

Sarah: *avoids the fountain like the plague, trying to find another hiding spot* D:

Todd: Oh, OKAY, that's reassuring. XD *reaches Harry, Sam and Claire's room and knocks on the door*

Sam: *opens the door* :D

Sarah: Hi, Sam! :D Your parents leave already?

Sam: Yup! Hi, Mr. Huntings! I thought you were supposed to stay in the Medical Room. D:

Todd: Nope, nope. The doctor let me out.

Sarah: So we can all hang out again. ^^ So, what adventure are we going on today~?

Sam: Buh - I dunno. D:

Todd: We could play tag, but I have an unfair speed advantage. XD;

Sarah: You can slow down for us. :P I'd suggest hide and seek, but I don't think we want any more nasty surprises. D:>

Todd: Yeah, that's a bad idea. D:

Sam: We could play hide and seek in the GARDEN...

Sarah: ...That's a better idea. :D

Todd: Hooray! Let's go. :P *walks down the hall to the entrance*

Sam: ! *follows him*

Sarah: *follows after him* Dad, I think we should refrain from using parkour. For Sam's sake. ^^;

Todd: Well, I wasn't going to do any parkour anyway - I wouldn't want to break any stitches. XD;

Sam: ^^;

Sarah: Okay fine, I'll just have to take my own advice. XP

*they exit the building into the garden*

Sarah: So, who's it first? >_>

Todd: Sam is. :P

Sarah: hahah. Go count, Sam! :P

Sam: *huffs in frustration, walks over to the front wall of the palace, covers his eyes, and starts counting to fifty*

Todd: *bolts off to go hide somewhere*

Sarah: *bolts off in a different direction. she finds a large, empty fountain, and hops in it, crouching so she wouldn't be seen* X3

Todd: *dives into a dying maze, hiding himself in the center*

Sam: *gets to fourty*

Sarah: *keeps very still, waiting* ...

Todd: Well, you know, it's all up to chance. We'll see what happens. :)

Key: Mhmm. *gets out of bed and gets ready to go out*

Sarah: So what'll WE do, dad?

Todd: Have general fun with Sam, I guess. ^^

Sarah: As usual. :P

Key: Better than boredom. :P Well, I'm off. *goes over to kiss Todd, then gives Sarah a hug* I'll be back in the afternoon. :)

Todd: Have fun, Key. Learn something. XP

Key: What's that supposed to mean? XP

Sarah: *flops back onto the bed* X)

Todd: *without answering her* ... Listen to the teacher, don't do drugs, and - oh yeah! Don't let those bullies get to you. :P

Sarah: *snickers* And if they take your lunch, beat 'em up. X3

Key: *rolls her eyes* You two are hysterical. :P I'll be baaack. XP *leaves*

Todd: XD; *to Sarah* So... off to find Sam, then. :P

Sarah: Yup. *gets up and out of bed, then stretches* Off we go. XP *opens the door and goes out into the hall, waiting for Todd*

Todd: *follows her out* It feels so nice to stretch my leeeegs...

Sarah: I'm pretty sure it does, you've been sitting on a bed for a week. :P

Todd: Yup, yup, and laying on a bed for a week makes my back and legs more sore than if an obese man and his obese family decided to exercise all over me. DX

Sarah: ...that was kind of a gross image, dad. D;

Todd: I say things like that, Kiddo. Geeet used to it. XD

Sarah: I try, dad. I really do. XP

Todd: Am I really that bad? XD;

Todd: Sure, sure. XP *takes his pill*

Todd: Mmm... g'night... *he drifts off to sleep*

Key: *puts an arm over Todd and stays close to him--she HAD missed having him there. she falls asleep soon after*

The Next Day

Todd: *still asleep*

Key: *wakes up, still cuddled up to Todd. she smiles, leaning up to kiss his cheek*

Sarah: *is still asleep*

Todd: *he smiles a bit, waking up* Mmm... good morning, Key... good morning, scary whispering voices.

Key: You brought your pills with you, right? <:/

Sarah: *is still asleep*

Todd: I did. I just wanted to give the voices in my head a pleasant greeting, since they do talk to me before my medicine shuts them up.

Key: Well, how about you take your medicine before they decide to start a conversation? <:/

Sarah: *is waking up*

Todd: *his fingers twitch a bit* ... good idea. *he leans over and takes an anti-psychotic* Bleh... G'morning, Sarah. :)

Key: *relaxes a bit when he takes his pill*

Sarah: Mornin'... *yawns widely*

Todd: Did you sleep alright? :)

Sarah: Yep... *sits up and stretches*

Key: Good. ^^

Todd: So... maybe something will happen today for you guys? Maybe? Hopefully? XD;

Key: Hopefully. XD; We've barely found anything the last few days. :/

Sarah: Well, maybe today'll be different. ^^

Harry: *crawls under the sheets of his and Claire's bed*

Claire: *climbs into bed with him, snuggling up to him, remembering the night before*

Todd: I bugged the doctor enough until he let me sleep with you guys. He probably hates me by now. XD;

Key: Well, by all means, get in here! *lets him into the room*

Todd: *in a snooty British tone* I'll have you know, madam, that I am most definitely not a "kid", as my mother was not a goat. *sniffs*

Key: *rolls her eyes* Oh, you know what I mean. XP *grabs his arm (making sure to avoid his wrist) and pulls him into bed*

Todd: *is pulled into bed and kisses her cheek* ... are you a goat, Key?

Sarah: *calls over from her bed* Then that means I'm not a kid! :D

Key: *resists the urge to facepalm*

Todd: Healing. I don't even understand why suicide would be a good idea anymore... and it scares me to think I almost took my own life - then I wouldn't have been able to save you and Sam. <:(

Sarah: Well... we're really lucky the doctor found you in time.. I don't know what I would've done if you had...

Todd: ... I'm sorry for scaring you, Sarah...

Todd: ... when you're sick in the head like I am, Sarah, a lot of things seem to become more appropriate. Suddenly something as shocking and terrible as suicide becomes a quick escape out of an unfair world...

Sam: *wonders how terrible it must feel to suffer from psychosis like Mr. Huntings does*
