Blood Puppet: Channel that anger into your attacks when we fight. It's a good way to end things quickly.

Su'yola: *figures she'll ask about it later* Blood Puppet gives good advice. The faster we finish there, the faster we come back here, to our life of luxury.

Todd: *he snorts* ... Well, alright then. >:/

Blood Puppet: *under his mask, he sneers*

*they head out to the forest, walking to the west area*

*they walk for a while, silent*

Su'yola: *stops them, raising a hand* ...We're here. *moves forward quietly, looking around a tree at the camp*

Fire Camp: *consists of fire elementals, a few demons, and a few imps*

Todd: *keeps silent*

Su'yola: *frowns* ...I'll draw attention away from you. Either force them out of the camp, or kill them quickly. *climbs the tree she was hiding behind, hopping over to the next one, until she was above the camp* ...

Todd: *he nods, paying close attention to the enemies while keeping out of sight*

Blood Puppet: *he hides*

Su'yola: ... *drops from the tree, onto an unsuspecting demon, quickly tearing its throat out* D:<

The Whole Fire Camp: !!!!!??

Blood Puppet and Todd: *quickly run in and start killing them all*

Su'yola: *breaks bones and slashes throats, avoiding the elementals--she couldn't touch those*

Fire Elementals: *throw fireballs at them*

Demons: *CHARGE*

Imps: *cower*

Blood Puppet: *since he is the only one able to touch the elementals (with his sword), he focuses on them*

Todd: *he helps Su'yola kill the demons and imps*

Su'yola: *viciously tears them apart*

Todd: *he kills them, but it feels wrong. Their screams are far too human for him to be comfortable with this* <:(

Blood Puppet: *kills the elementals*

Su'yola: *throws an imp at an elemental and watches it burn, grinning*

Imp: *gets back up, shakes off the flames, and runs away, unharmed*

Blood Puppet: Not as experienced with Fire City warriors, are you, Su'yola?

Todd: *attacks them as best as he can* D:>

Su'yola: *snarls at Blood Puppet, and goes back to dealing with the demons*

Blood Puppet: *deals with the last of the elementals*

Todd: *chases after the running imp and snaps his neck* <:/

Su'yola: *finishes off the last demon, then glances around to make sure there really was no one around* ... Snrf. We should search the tents, see if we can gather any information.

Harry: *he eventually falls asleep, but squirms uncomfortably from the nightmares he suffers from*

Lucifer: *stays awake, not truly needing to sleep* ...

Claire: *asleep, she scoots closer to Harry in an unconscious attempt to comfort him*

Key: *tries to ignore Mehnit's torments and insults*

Lucifer: *quietly to Key* ... Do you want me to help you sleep?

Harry: *is more comfortable with Claire closer to him*

Key: *quietly* ... That would be nice...

Lucifer: ... *he nods, then puts his hand on her head* ... Sleep and have no nightmares...

*The Next Morning In Life City*

Todd: *reports to Occulta as soon as the clock reaches nine. He's somewhat jittery from being unable to force himself to sleep. Is it really that hard? How does Lucifer DO it?*

Occulta: Right on time. Ready for your first assignment.

Todd: Yeah.

Occulta: You'll be more enthusiastic eventually. It just takes a few missions to get used to it.

Blood Puppet: *walks in* ...

Su'yola: *was already there, looking rather impatient* >:/

Occulta: You're going to slaughter an entire enemy camp. They're set up on the western side of the woods near Lake Hskar.

Todd: Lake Hskar?

Occulta: Su'yola knows where it is, don't you, Su'yola?

Blood Puppet: ...

Su'yola: *nods* Of course. They will be difficult to ambush, but if we back them up against the lake, they will be easy pickings.

Blood Puppet: To trap an entire encampment... it will take skill. Not that we lack it. Though I'm worried about Todd's performance.

Todd: I-I can do it! I... I can DO it! D:<

Su'yola: We'll see. When the time comes. I think it's a fine opportunity for him to prove himself.

Occulta: A fine opportunity indeed... get to it, then, agents. The world's not going to cleanse itself, you know.

Todd: ... *he nods and heads off*

Blood Puppet: *same*

Su'yola: *follows them out. She directs her question towards Todd* I assume you have all you need?

Todd: All I need are my claws, and those are stuck to my body.

Blood Puppet: Well, you need a BOMB if you want to blow up an elementary school.

Todd: *glares at him darkly*

Su'yola: *raises an eyebrow, not quite understanding*

Lucifer: *He then puts both his hands on Key's head* D8<

Key: *grabs his wrists* WAIT! W-Wait... *doesn't look at him, her brow furrowed in concentration* almost... almost there...

Lucifer: ... *he puts his hands down*

Key: *nods slightly, but says nothing. after a few moments, she seems to take the advantage and pushes Mehnit back--and wills herself to to take her form. she begins to transform--she hates that crawling feeling as the tentacles cover her skin, but she allows the process to continue*

Lucifer: *he can't help but smile at this, but says nothing*

Harry: D8>

Key: *is eventually done transforming, and opens her eyes, white irises sticking out against the red. she sighs* oof... that was way harder than I would have liked it to be...

Lucifer: But look! You did it. You just need to MASTER it.

Harry: Easier said than done, obviously. D:

Blood Puppet: *is able to stand his ground, to swing his sword and maneuver himself so that the Umbra are unable to touch him*

All the Necromancers: *die*

Key: *Watches and notices Blood Puppet's still standing--she jumps into the fray, slashing at him, using the Umbra as cover* D:<

Blood Puppet: *dodges between the Umbra and Key, avoiding both. Seeing as he was out of backup, he runs*

Altodd: COWARD! D8<

Key: Should we go after him? D:<

Altodd: ... No... knowing him, following him could be a trap. We should report back to Bibentus. D:<

Key: Right... *turns back, and hurries back into town with Altodd*

*they head back to Bibentus*

Altodd: ... So there's this insane murderer guy working with these necromancers who work for Light City.

Bibenus: Not good news.

Key: Not good news at ALL--And we still don't know exactly what they're trying to do...

Bibentus: Most likely kidnap and brainwash citizens - if they ARE true necromancers. But that... person you've described. Perhaps they are planning an assassination attempt?

Umbra: *suddenly two grab Blood Puppet from behind and throw him to the ground, screeching angrily at him*
