I thought of him just now, and I'm already starting to like him.
Kurt was a guinea pig for a program that fused alien technology into Mobian's bodies and nuro-systems. His fusion with the technology granted him super strength, agility, endurance, IQ and vast knowledge of bio weapons. He's in a daze after being released from the experiment, so he's not on anyone's side right now.
