Yay, more Iris! I shouldn't still be awake, but I was on here anyway submitting artworks, and thought to myself, 'what the hell, I'll check Iris' and here it is! I'm so happy! :DDThough when I saw the title, I was scares for a second. I thought you were saying this was THE END, and I didn't see how you could finish it so quickly. But I'm glad it isn't over yet!
I hate it when I forget my plots. I'm writing, and I think '... dammit, I knew something else was supposed to happen here, but where did it go?'
Was this the first time you used Caerwyn's name? I'd like to say one last thing before I shut up: I really love your choice in names. But I should stop rambling, because I can barely go a word without typoes, and it's almost one am.

Ah. Okay. So I went a little overboard. He wasn't made the same way...but still, very interesting that Camael says that Iris was made by the world, whereas Valkyre is "man-made," when Iris was made in the lab (I think?) and Valkyre was born. How sad, his story... oTT_TToI loved how you compared the laughter to a sepia photograph, by the way. I thought that was awesome.
And I think you can still get away with calling Valkyre an angel. Demons are fallen angels, right? Tainted angels, but still angels. So he could still be an angel in reference. Or a dark angel, or something.
You could even call him a paradox or juxtaposition or something, but that seems kinda dehumanizing, so maybe that's not great.
Ahhh...a massive weight of curiosity has been lifted from my shoulders. I finally understand so much better! ^.^ Bravo, Trinity, for an absolutely spectacular unveiling that isn't even the story's climax! X3

Hmm. It was obvious Camael would be back in this one from the name of the chapter...but still, what a surprise. Camael and Asher, huh? Runes for "seal," "obsolete," "refrain"? Hum. Seems like Camael has some control over Asher with those, from the glowyness and pain part...wonder why Asher is cooperating with him...?But perhaps now, some mysteries about Valkyre and ESPECIALLY about Camael will finally be answered! *wags tail*

Another comment here. I had to read a few more chapters before reviewing.As I read, I can notice the development of the relationship between Valkyre and Iris. It's grown from animosity, to mere tolerance, to love. As the relationship changes, so do the characters. That's a good thing.
You managed to give me a tense feeling as I read about Valkyre's capture, escape (which I thought would never happen), and eventual rescue of his beloved Iris. You managed to make me FEEL the story- a sure trademark of your ability.
Now, we have the kiss scene. It's short, but sweet, with more of your unmatchable metaphors thrown in for good measure.
Overall, I think this story just keeps getting better and better. I shall continue reading it......but not now, as I'm starting to get lazy again...... *is very disappointed in himself*
