Well...I've been here for 4 years. And it takes a lot of hard work. But most of it includes, not only your art and writing, but your friends too.
From what I've seen, sometimes your art will attract people to you. And other times, you have to talk to someone and be their friend.

oh ok!^^ oh and a congress is a person or people who make up rules for something!^^ they show the rules/laws too the president and if the president likes the laws,she/he will right a decree saying like " this law is now notified" eeerrr.....something like that and than i'll like put it on my profile!^^
