question- can people "claim characters"? because she said and I quote from her profile "I love Naruto and i am a big fan of Sasuke...HE'S MINE! I HAVE CLAIMED HIM...AND KISHIMOTO-sama!" Kishimoto is the creator of Naruto and Sasuke. And most of her fan art is her pic with her and Sasuke. She would get mad and turn her friends against people if they told her she cant claim sasuke...... so just asking. can she do that? cuz it just ticks me off.

No, but it's generally not a big deal. Anyone who "claims" a character is obviously too obsessed over them to realize that there is no such thing.
