I noticed the avatar was objectionable due to the pixelated blood and eyeballs ripping themselves out (not a pretty thing to look at).
As a general rule, because user avvies and profile pics are not tied to the ratings/filtering system, we have to ask that they be acceptable for all ages and free of explicit content such as blood, nudity, or sexual themes.

I'm not sure what you mean. If they are actually logging in to your FAC account, then you seriously need to do the following:
1 - Manually log yourself out after each FAC session.
2 - Change your password.
Because if it happens under your name, your account, it is your account ("you") that gets held responsible.

Well of course I figured you did have a rule on it someware but I honestly couldnt find it. And it's really vauge, by the way you guys put it you make it sound like anyone who says something someone else disagrees on is a flame. Alright so I've said some mean things before, but I dont regret them, and Im glad someone cleared the flaming rule up but it still infuriates me that people can still have nude art up that clearly depics something of a sexual nature. I know that nudity can serve as some artistic value, and im okay with that. But if theres a site specifically for hentai, then why cant people just move the pics there?

Some questionable pictures may remain due to the imperfect conversion of ratings/advisory information that occured with the upgrade to the version 2.0 layout. If you see any pictures that you think qualify as explicit, you are free to report them to site staff for investigation.
As for flaming, it's actually a simple definition: Anything intended simply to insult, attack, threaten, or demean another person. It's hard to say what is and is not a flame based on just one part of the comment, it has to be evaluated as a whole.
