How do you find inspiration for your artwork? Also, I was wandering how long it usually takes you to do a picture.

My average pencil drawing takes around 4 hours, only counting time I actually spend working on it.

now, am I very, very, confused.
why, arent ANY of the pictures i am uploading at this site, NEVER coming up?! i posted one pic over and over again, pu it came on pending in some days, and then, gone.
i have tried so many times, and NOTHING`s happening!
for like 4 days, did I post a picture wrong (at flying_Jones profile, she is my cousin) I used her paintshop, because I dont have one myself, and when i was going to post the picture, it came in her gallery with an accident ( because we was at her profile and I forgot). but at her profile, it came up after just some mins! and we deleted it, and posted it at mine profile. but it NEVER came up! why arent it happening to anyone at this site?! are u guys just uploading somes picture, and others are you just ignoring? I am getting kinda irritable cause of this, so please answer.
