Hey Strata, quick question. Is it against the TOS to use a stock photo as a background for a pic you drew? Just wanted to ask before I submit something potentially against the rules.

Long as the photo is valid stock, and does not distract from the artwork drawn on top of it, in general yes. In other words, it has to be a drawing/painting first with a stock background second, not a photo first with minor touchups/alterations second.

My sister and I both have accounts here and when I want to submit a picture it goes into pending and when my sister does it sibmits emidiately
why is that?

That is not even a bug to begin with. FAC staff reserve the right to screen submissions by members, newer members especially.

Depends. It's hard to define where comments cross from freedom of speech into harassment or flaming.

Simple question, rethorical question. Do you ever find your self wanting to google something 5 years old? In the middle of the day, "BAM" for no reason warzone pops up in your head and you start thinking about your former online residence. :) And as you go 4-5 years back, even older memories surface, ones that go back a "literaly" millenium.

Your memories would dwarf anyone's off my list. Nothing like a triple personality to steal some points lol.
I guess I just felt like going back in time and saying Hi from early 2000es. I guess it's kind of like sending a letter, immagine the surprise of the recipient - "it's an envelope, but it's not a bill. Wow".
