Well, it's a really really badly translated version of pokemon crystal. It's on an emulator too, and it's basically a let's play. i think it was translated from japanese to chinese to vietnamese to english. If you won't watch it cuz it's pokemon, at least watch it for the hilarity of the failed translation and the two guys reacting to it. XD

it's okay. XD btw, when you get home and get done with whatever work you have to do, i have to link you a video. it's pokemon, but it WILL make you laugh. I'm dying right now.

I thought about your first sentence, and came to this conclusion: The American localization team would NEVER be able to stop that horrible display of insensitivity, because no matter what, one cannot change that game, other than in names. Not without it costing them money and time - and the one thing Gamefreak would NEVER want wasted is time and money - so they took the greedy route, letting the 9/11 offensiveness slide, hoping that the CHILDREN playing the game wouldn't understand, and the ADULTS playing the game would simply be too addicted to rehashed cash-cow Pokemon games that they wouldn't care, hoarding more $40 games of every color of the rainbow.

Pretty much, this is Gamefreak saying "this is how well we have our hold on you, American consumers - we can do something so outlandishly offensive, and you'll STILL hand us shovels of money, like some drug addict. WE OWN YOU, American consumers, and we will ALWAYS own you."

...wow, you feel rather strongly about this. well, like i said, i'm not returning a game for one mistake. i'll just avoid that spot. :/ i DO find that offensive, but... mmh. guess japan's got me too. :/

...wow, okay, i knew there was something fishy about Kyurem (that pokemon). That's... really bad. don't expect me to turn around and ship back my Black, but that's really bad. WHY YOU DO THIS, JAPAN.
