it didn't have to be black and white, it had to be two solid colors-- and one of them had to be white. i just had to convert it to black and white first so i could block off what i needed.... I'm doing this thing where i use masking fluid to block whatever areas i wanna keep white and then color in everything else, then peel off the fluid stuff and end up with something like this http://daisyyellow.squarespace.com/vividlife/watercolor-painting-masking-fluid.htmlI CANT FIND THE TUTORIAL THAT TEACHES YOU HOW TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I'M DOING, but when i do, i will show you.
