Ya sorta got it. It's in both rps, sorta. Separation Anxiety. Think: she was isolated and made fun of for most of her school life, and she finally managed to make a significant bond later on, i.e., Alex, and she became attached to it, thus her reaction to his death. Todd was there to fill that void, so she quickly became attached to him because she didn't want to be alone again. Naturally, that ended up working out for them since they both genuinely love each other, but Key won't be willing to let go of Todd anytime soon. o.o^^^^wall of text. sorta.
