Holy crap, those are really good! How long have you been working on them?For the wings, I think you should use that general idea but make them smaller. They're too bulky.
For the "feathers", try using something that looks like the MMZ energy weapons.

Yesterday night and this evening. Hm I thought so, but she is split(so her name implies) into four pieces, the two wings, her upper torso, and her lower torso. Each part of her placed somewhere in the North, South, East, and West. If she's brought together she could help the energy crisis in the Megaman Zero world. Well, I'm still working on her story of origin, but that's what I got so far...
Anyway, I'll try slimming down her wings.
