New Chapter on my story
I didn't realize I gave him such a obvious opening until I started describing the terrain. When I got to the trees, I realized how high up they would be, and figured that the clouds would be an easy way for him to gain an edge. I had the entire chapter done before I added the detail to the terrain. I actually meant to tailor it closer to Kimihiro's skill set, but oh well. It'll work out either way, really.I've updated, too. It didn't come out the way I thought, but it's the only way I could think of that made sense to get Kimi and Azami back to Ryofu. Hope you like it.I've also updated. I described the terrain around Mt. Tenchu a little more, and I practically gave Ryofu a huge opening by mistake.

After their initial talk and fight, Kimi and Ryofu back off from each other when Hidan and Kakuzu come with Azami. That eliminates the planning part, since I can't see Kimi trusting Ryofu at this point, no matter what. That, plus the Akatsuki would definetly be at least trying to monitor Ryofu, and who better to go after him than two immortals?I like it. It could work nicely. I've got a couple ideas for that.Scratch the 'Kimi refuses to figh Azami'. That doesn't make sense. I was trying to create a situation where Ryofu is outnumbered, so Kimi can get the 'oh crap, he's good!' perspective on Ryofu.Just a future idea here, as to how to tie our two OC's stories together. I'm still working on how we'd set this up (though I've got a good idea, I think), but what if Ryofu goes to attack Itachi (this can be down the line a bit, or whenever), and Kimihiro defends Itachi. Some nasty accusations can be thrown by both parties, followed by a brief fight, before they're all interrupted and seperated. This gives Ryofu a reason to finally be angry with Kimihiro. Just throwing this out there.Loved your update, by the way. Makes me think the Akatsuki should get a win inthere to even things out.
