It's okay mate. My aunt has been is surgery since nine this morning, I've been stressed about my problem which went back to full blown today. I had a appointment with the head of the Medical department at school which triggered a thirty some min panic attack, and finally I haven't been able to sleep. So now that I got that off my chest.
