He will have to be on a side angry enough to allow the fight to happen on behalf of one of them. It could go either way as I can see Ebisu grinning cockily as he is backed by Hokage or looking crestfallen as the Hokage orders him to do it for being an @$$. As for the reasons the fight is started I can see Ebisu being @$$ enough to try and have him arrested for assisting (said in Ebisu's despising voice) another clans' declared rouge. I can see him claiming that the rules state it is that clans' right to kill a traitor to their clan.

It was great mate. Honest and truely. I loved the rose part thank you very much. It was the perfect thing to end the chapter. It wasn't to sappy but still enough to make you almost want to cry. Lol. Sounds corny I know but hey I loved it. Anyway. NO he didn't come off as murderous at all. He was justified a million times over and was reasonable about it the entire time. He was exactly the honorable man he always was. Anyway. I looked in the mirror when I got back to my truck and I really do look like Hell. Lol. My eyes are sunk in and the bags under them are enormace. Not to mention I missed a dribble of blood and it had dried in a line down my chin. Not to mention my teeth have red in all the spaces between them. Lol. If I did Hallowen I wouldn't even have to dress up. I can imagine it now. I COUGH and spatter blood. The person is like "wow!
