Yeah, I did pass out. I forgot that the fourth gate is the pain gate, I wasn't ready for it and the shock of the pain knocked me out. Anyway. I'll read that PM here in a few. As for my not feeling well, it's semi-physical, it's mostly due to my pushing myself to hard. The good thing about being knocked out is it let me uhhh...I guess it would be sleep most of it off. I'm better, although a bit disoriented from being knocked out.

I haven't felt the best today, so I took it easy during the morning, In the afternoon I Decided to do some Chakra practice. I got alittle carried away and decided to practice opening the gates, Yeah, not a good thing when you don't feel good. I got to the forth gate and yeah, the pain knocked me out. So, yeah, Anyway. lol so you described it but how do i make my chakra move do i just focus on a certian are and what advantages come from knowing my chakras personaltiy and color and how do i feel my chakara? usualy guided vizulation help me with contreation it helps alot i become one with nature almost lol anyway the first time i did it was after school at 4 or mabye 5 so yeah il try it before i go to bed any other tips or tricks that might help

Ok so its either black or yellow huh well itl be intresting to see what color it is and i am having trouble focesing my chakra to a certian spot any tips on that? and what does my mind wandered does it mean that i didnt foces enough? and on another note what color is yours? and what about a1? lol i sure do ask alot of questions ~_^

well the firsts was well they sorta came at the same time but i had to say it would probley be yellow but in my guided vizulation i get green and then theres black which almost alway is in my vizulation of the color red and any others that i tihnk about so its kinda weird and as for the feeling well i dont think iv got that down but iv felt a sort of electric sort of feeling like a stacic or something and the joints in my hand sort of acted on there own but i dont think that had anything to do with the matter at hand does it?
