Wow your brown belt I am amazed. Best of luck to you, I went to a grading once, and I was really exhausted and really bored. I was never serious about karate I just liked the exercise part of it.
But hey I glad I could have been some help. My teachers and that keep telling me to not put the world on my shoulders so we're all in the same boat.
