We can start if you like. hopefully the new character is up to par for you. As well as hoping the timeline is okay. I took a bit of time line liberty to allow some back story for the character. I actually know little of Pains occupation of the village in the rain, but it seemed a good back story and The Lady Angel's alliance with Naruto seemed a good place to stick her moving to the Leaf as well as put some play into the fact Yuji didn''t make Kage. Name: Ketsueki Tama (血液滴)
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Appearances: Ketsueki stands at 1.62m. She is strong and athletic despite her slight build. Her brilliantly blue eyes have a habit of being hidden by her chestnut bangs, her hair flows free down to her mid back She ties it in a loose pony tail when on missions. Her wardrobe is composed of a simpe short khomono top adapted with multiple padded poison vials pockets. Her simple shinobi gui pants have been augmented with multiple blade straps and hidden sheaths for all manner of short blades. Even when not in combat she always carries a few vials of poison and a couple hidden blades. On missions she carries an heirloom collapsable sword that belonged to her father. It is all she has left of her father who died in the 2nd shinobi war.

Specialties: Poisons, non-based stealth technics and charisma.
Village of Origin: Amegakure
Village allegiance: none.
Current residence: 7.4 km outside Konohagakure.
Bio: Ketsueki lived in Amegakur during the reign of Pain. Lacking much interest in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu she was trained as an assassin of old style, purely cloak and dagger with an affinity for poisons. After Pain’s death and Konan “Lady Angel” giving the village’s allegiance to Naruto Ketsueki took to living outside Konohagakure. She has since taken to using her skills as a hired hand for any mission not exactly in the parameters of Village law. She has boosted her skill in poisons by breaking into the Private Library of Tsunade stealing several of her personal research tomes on highly classified poisons. Her latest assignment was one that will change her life. An assassination of a former Village ally.

well i haven't watched even into the shippudon episodes. Anyway, i agree that we did a good job with the fights. To be honeset we didn't follow much of a cannon line. lol. Anyway, I am thinking a Cloak and dagger female good with poisons and such. Would def enjoy giving you a run for your money in a few assasination attempts. Fiery and good in combat, but lacking more in the ninjutsu and genjutsu department. Relying on the natural surroundings to actually hide unlike most the shinobi. Anyway, def would be an interesting plot line i would enjoy finding more about it. You don't stay on much, lol. Anyway, where should we have the RP? If you can fill me in on ay other events i am missing and remind me with a bio of the other members of our RP. i mean the other NPC,

I will have to start to construct my new character. do you want a male or female. Anyway, I wil have get u to give me a review of the characters and story. i am so so behind on Naruto. But i always can follow your lead. I wouldn't mind having a assasination attempt on u yuji.

Sounds interesting. If i was in it would u want me to keep Kiba or whatever i call him now or create a new OC and where would it fit in? i like the idea. AND would be nice to get to chat to ya more.

I really wouldnt mind getting an rp together. I haven't kept up with the Naruto or things. Mostly i been watching Voyager and MLP. lol. Anyway, I may possiby try out a new character myself if we get one going.
