liggybird

Hi everybody. Liggybird here.

The name's Geoff Gaines. I have one son, Andrew (born in July 1993). I live in Sheffield, UK (age 70+).

Liggybird is a nickname I was given by a colleague at a place I once worked. (Wonderful chap name of Dougie Newbould if he's reading this and wants to get in touch!?)

I've been a fan of certain characters in video games ever since I first came across Lara Croft back in the 1990's.

I'm not what anyone would call an avid drawer and/or painter - just a dabbler really.

More recently I've prefered to concentrate on writing rather than drawing - but ideas for stories don't come easy - still, writing stuff is an interesting challenge!

I also make videos for youtube. Mainly they're of local events ('cause I don't have a car) - but I also try other stuff like the occasional stop animation. Check out my channel (link below) if you're interested.
