(wicked smirk) I think everyone that has ever played hockey has deliberately aimed a puck at a shin or worse before. I KNOW I did in street play. It's a traditional part of the game even if it does bend the rules. Although I usually had my reasons for doing it. Am I to take it this player isn't your number one fan? (cocks head with eyebrow raised and a lopsided wolfish grin) Anyway. I'm sure I will end up talking to you about the problem. You have a strangely powerful way of making me feel better even when you don't say a word. Like I told SK. I count and reguard you as one of my best and most trusted confidents. I for some reason trust that I could tell you just about anything and not worry what you do with the knowledge. You should know how rare a thing that is for me. Anyway. (winces and growls in sympathy) I know how bad that hurts from playing street hockey. Very painful. Don't feel bad about not wearing shin guards. I never wore pads either. Anyway. Like I said. I KNOW the problem. Just nothing I can do about it at the moment. It's a bit awkward anyway and I wouldn't want to put you in the middle. I'll live and it will pass in a few weeks. Hello mate. No worries about having my phone taken tonight. I'm finally back to work and out of her grasp. Anyway. Due to the interrupted nature of the last few nights I can't remember for the life of me what we have been talking about. Anyway. Sorry if tonight i end up sounding a bit aggressive. I've been very restless and highstrung today. I will say even my group noticed and kept back today. If that tells you anything.
