I'm doing good mate. Although I want to strangle my shadow. Lol. He keeps popping up and startling the snot out of me. Just a half hour ago I had to run to WalMart and he came out of nowhere. I KEEP telling him if he keeps it up he'll end up dead. You don't sneak up on your master. Lol. He just looks at me and starts delivering his report. He has no sense. Sigh. Oh his wound last night is alright. He only needed six stitches which I was able to handle. He never learns. Oh. I PMed you back.

Hiyas, I'm glad I managed to help you out :) If I find any drawing tutorials around, I'll tell you. There was one that I can remember, but I can't find the link to it unfortunately. I recommend studying anime girls, and either copying pics of them or tracing just to get the hang of drawing their figure. Once you've copied/traced enough, you should find it easier to draw without having a base pic to work off.

I can give you a couple of other tips which you can take into consideration. First, when you draw the human figure, usually draw a stick figure before boxing in solid shapes over the "skeleton" (Such as cyclinders, circles, ovals etc). Once you have the overall figure roughly established, you then smooth over the lines and add in detail. Also, when you draw the human body, everything is measured in relation to the head. When I often draw adults (this differs between ages of the ppl you're drawing, and slightly differs between males and females), I have them about 7 heads high (meaning they are 7 head lengths in height, including the head). Since they are 7 heads tall, this leaves:
- 1 head length for the head
- 1 head length for the chest
- 1 for the waist/hips
- around 2 for the thighs and crotch
- the remainder 2 for the shins and feet. Knees are positioned usually at 2 head lengths from the hips.
- belly button is situated 2 and a half heads from the head (So, halfway between the hips and chest)
- Upper and lower arms are 1 head length each (arm in total will be 2 head lenghts, plus approx 3/4 head length for the hand)
- Elbow sits either just above, or in line with the belly button.
- Wrist are in line with the crotch, and hands sit around the upper thighs.
- Shoulders vary in width, but I think males usually are 2 head lenghts wide (calculate the length from the chin to the top of the head, then flip it around so the cheek is horizontal. Times that distance by two and that should hopefully be the width of the shoulders. Females will have smaller shoulders.)
- shoulders are situated 1/4 head length from the chin (I think. I'll need to double check that...it's either 1/4 or 3/4, but somehow 3/4 seems too much lol)

I think that's all of the important stuff. The collar bone too sits around 1/4 down from the chin now that I remember. It'd be easier if you saw a diagram of all the measurements...I have a good book which explains the different sizes (5 heads, 6 heads, 7 heads etc), so I may be able to scan the pages in. I'll give it a shot anyway...and if I can't scan them in, I'll trace them and scan them lol. That's if you want them...tell me if you do, and I'll email it to ya. Wow, I've rambled somewhat. I'm really surprised no one has asked up what half the words mean. Lol. To most people we prob sound like we talk in code. Think about how many literal terms we use. Consider kunoichi. I bet not one other person that is on usually knows what that is. Lol. Not to mention some of our conversations sound like code just beats the topic. Lol. Your right. Honoring the enemy is a dying trait. We try to honor our enemy for his courage in facing up outly. Our victims don't always get this but our enemies and fallen always are honored. Anyway. I'm glad MY sword is mine to keep. Lol. It now seems kinda weird to own a dead guys sword. Lol. Kinda haunting. Hmmm. I wonder if it was fate that allowed me to own the sword of a kagi. It seems almost fitting as I now lead a clan myself. Lol.

The head belonged to someone important because he kept the top knot which he only did with important victims. Who knows. Maybe I own one of the cursed blades. That would be odd for meet to have something of that importance to your art and you not being able to get it back. SORRY. I REFUSE. LOL. anyway. Yeah. I THINK the head was given a fire burial. It was to honor the fallen nemesis. Apparently this guy caused my old clan quite a pain in the butt.

Lol. Prob a little of both kinds of poking. Lol. Some would use their fingers and poke you saying things like he's so cute look at his funny uniform. (like we have room to talk with our uniforms. Lol) others would be poking to test how strong and enduring you are with blades although nothing of an extremly dangerous sort. Well for us anyway. They wouldn't want to anger you as many have heard stories about your arts power. Lol. Anyway. I HAVE no intention of giving it to anyone. Like I said I don't let anyone touch it. Lol. I have long since fell in love with my blade and will only part with it after death. Lol. I do wonder what your kind called it. I know it's name in my art. IT is personal and only it's owners know it. The only other people to ever hear it's name wouldn't be alive to tell it as you only tell those you are going to kill it's name so they may tell the ferryman who it was that killed them when crossing into the land of the dead. Lol. But anyway. I DO believe the eleventh burned the head though.
