well i'm really glad that you're open minded about such things. i was half expecting a nice youtube style "A DECENT MUAY THAI FIGHTER WILL KICK YER @$$ YOU PUNK @$$ dog!" or something else completely irrelevant. yeah, i can understand wanting to learn the real styles and such, and truly, its all about what gets you the most enjoyment out of it. i used to try and learn jeet kune do, but then i realised that 95% of the schools are just some bozo saying that he was bruce lee's bff and teaching people some random assortment of techniques and calling it jeet kune do. and other things like that have lead me away from taking classes. every class i've checked out is obviously NOT teaching what it's supposed to be. nowadays kung fu class is all about forms, karate is about point fighting, aikido is always just a bunch of drilling with no randori, and it goes on. judo is thankfully actually really pure still. but i'm no grappler.

either way, there are different martial art types just like there are different music genres, its all about preference, and then you have mma.....i don't even want to talk about mma. its the LEAST mixed martial arts competition i've ever seen. get two hobos, make them workout, give them about five minutes worth of kickboxing lessons, and teach them how to choke each other. BAM, thats 90 percent of all mma fighters today. its sad that something with such great potential screwed up so bad.
but i guess all good stuff comes to an end. (cough cough toonami )

The people I don't like or really care for that much are Sasuke, Sakura, Itachi, Ino, Tenten, Neji, Matsuri, and quite a few more lol.
