Transformation Decription:She taps the center of her silver heart-shaped brooch and throws it into the air. She starts hovering under it and a crystal of ice surrounds her then shattters to form her bodice, crystals of ice surrounds her arms and legs and forms her gloves and boots, ice crystals shoot at the back of her head and shatter on contact forming the ribbon in her hair, little ice crystals float to her ears and form her crystal eight-pointed star shaped earrings, then her brooch coneccts itself to her chest and her ribbon and collar appears. She opens her eyes, smiles, and makes a pose.
Name of Attacks (2):Polaris Freezing Lady Kiss! She kisses 2 of her fingers and shoots a ice heart at the enemy.
Polaris Cosmic Star Smash!She holds her hands out to her sides, pulls them up above her and 2 shooting stars start hurrdling toward her, then she swings her arms in fromt of her and sends the shooting stars at the enemy.
Sailor Scout Outfit:Pink gloves with blue edging, pink bodice, blue skirt, ribbon, and collar, pink ribbon and boots.
Hair Style and Color:Ice blue in Sailor V's style except with a pink ribbon.

Skin color:Same as Sailor Moon's!
Personality:Very Happy-go-lucky. She's extremely hyper often times but usually only when she's had Strawberry Pocky, her favorite treat. Other than that she's a very caring and understanding person and that's why all the scouts always go to her when they need comforting or advice! She's also best friends with Sailors Moon and Venus!
Other Info: Her favorite thing to wear is a pair of blue jeans with flowers and butterflys bordering up the left leg and a bright pink shirt with brown boots. Her favorite music is hip-hop.Her hobbies are singing, drawing, and writing stories. Her favorite song is children of the night. Her favorite food is Baked Chicken and STRAWBERRY POCKY! Ursa is bear in greek/roman/latin whatever, and it's a constellation of a bear. The north star makes up it's nose.But I can't think of a transformation thingy, so if you wanna be creative with it, be my guest

She Held up her wand and she started to Glow! She Twisted the Wand all Around her, As a Trail Of Blue Sparkles Followed it...As She Continued spinning, She Rapped herself in a coocoon, The Sparkels above the coocoon FLASHED and we see what looks like the mouth of a bear swallowing her, The Image of the Bear BITS DOWN the second she opened her eyes. She Was released from the coocoon with her Sailor Uniform on.
